Products shown on our store are not a binding offer, but an invitation for you to place an order. By clicking "Buy now" or completing checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation email or by shipping the product.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where you are a consumer within the EU, in which case risk passes upon delivery to you.

5. Right of withdrawal

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, contact support@livsken.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Intended use and disclaimer

Livsken products are wellness devices. 

8. Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
