- Payment data, processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card details)

- Advertising identifiers, where you have consented, via Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google advertising pixels

4. Who we share data with
We share data with service providers strictly as needed: payment processors, shipping carriers, our email marketing platform (Klaviyo), and, where you have consented, advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google). These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We retain order data for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally up to 10 years in Germany), and account/marketing data until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
