Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (support@livsken.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
